The Iskerions:

Some Iskerions even claim to communicate with the Téméraires through auguries, and these "Parleurs" have authority even over the less religious tribes. When a Parleur dies, a great meeting is called, and all tribes are invited to propose candidates to replace the fallen leader.

Their advanced technology, which allows them to manipulate gravity through special boots, gives them incredible speed and agility on the battlefield. Their tactics are calculated, and they prefer to strike quickly and efficiently, using raids and ambushes to gain the upper hand. They clash with the Kerin over resources, while their relationship with the Alkyrs is neutral.
